Why is my picture buffering? (A) Unplug your device from the wall for 30 to 60 seconds. Unplug your modem/router from the wall about 30 to 60 seconds. After a few minutes if it's still happening tap Chat.

My login isn't working what can I do? (A) Check and make sure your username and password are entered EXACTLY as you see them. Nothing extra and NO spaces. If it still fails tap Chat.

The channel you are watching keeps freezing or stops playing? Check a few other channels and if they are playing fine it's the channel not your connection. You can raise a ticket in Chat and give us the channel and we will check into it.

The App won't open or keeps crashing. (A) Close it completely and reopen it. If it still crashes, restart your device. As a last step, delete and reinstall it from our FOT Downloads List. Tap Chat if it keeps happening.
